ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION RESET (FOR MOTORS)

If used with a window motor featuring an anti-pinch function, correct setup is essential for safe operation.

• Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door, or the anti-pinch function may fail.
• Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Pull up the switch; the window should travel fully to the top.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure below.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up again.

The reset is complete if the window no longer drops after reaching the top. If it continues to drop, repeat the steps until successful.
