ANTI-PINCH MOTOR SETUP NOTICE

If used with an electric window motor that includes an anti-pinch function, the motor must be correctly set up after installation. Do not test the motor before it is fitted to the door, as the anti-pinch function may fail and require resetting.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: With the motor installed and connected to the one-touch switch, pull the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch in the up position for 3–5 seconds when the window reaches the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly down to the bottom position.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch in the down position for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch again to raise the window fully to the top and check that it no longer drops after reaching the top.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until the anti-pinch function is correctly calibrated.
