ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION RESET (MOTORS WITH ONE-TOUCH)

If your window motor is equipped with an anti-pinch / one-touch function, it may require resetting after installation.

• Install the regulator and motor assembly in the door before testing.
• Connect the one-touch window switch and operate the window to the top.
• If the glass reaches the top then drops down, perform the reset procedure.

Reset steps:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window fully to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly to move the window fully to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window back to the top and check that it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until the anti-pinch function is correctly initialised.
