Anti-Pinch Function Note (For Motors)

If your vehicle uses a motor with anti-pinch and one-touch function, the motor must be correctly set after installation. Do not power-test the motor before it is installed in the door, as this can cause the anti-pinch function to fail and require resetting.

Anti-Pinch Reset Procedure

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves fully up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch up switch for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly so the window moves fully down to the bottom position.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch down switch for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window up to the top and check that it no longer drops down automatically.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until the function operates correctly.
