ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION & MOTOR SETUP

If used with a motor featuring an anti-pinch and one-touch function, correct setup is required after installation. Do not test the motor before it is fully installed in the door, as this can cause the anti-pinch function to lose its settings.

• Install the motor on the regulator and connect to the one-touch window switch.
• Operate the switch to move the window fully up; if it then drops slightly, a reset is required.

Reset procedure (typical sequence):

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass fully to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the switch in the "up" position for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly to move the glass fully to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the switch in the "down" position for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window up to the top and confirm it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until the anti-pinch function is correctly calibrated.
