ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION RESET (FOR MOTORS WITH ANTI-PINCH)

If used with a window motor that includes an anti-pinch function, the feature may require resetting after installation.

• Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door, or the anti-pinch function may fail and require reset.
• Install the motor and connect it with the one-touch window switch. Pull up the switch to raise the window fully.
• If the window drops down after reaching the top, follow the reset steps below.

ANTI-PINCH RESET STEPS

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window to the top again.

The reset is complete if the window no longer drops after reaching the top. If the window still drops, repeat the above steps until successful.
