ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP (IF APPLICABLE)

For window regulators with motors that include an anti-pinch function, the motor must be set correctly after installation to ensure proper operation.

• Do not power-test the motor before it is installed in the door.
• Install the regulator and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Pull the switch up to raise the window; if it reaches the top and then drops, a reset is required.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window up slightly to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly to move the window down slightly to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up again and confirm it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the above reset steps until successful.
