ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP

This window motor is equipped with an anti-pinch safety function. To ensure correct operation, do not power or test the motor before it is fully installed in the door. If the window drops after reaching the top position, the anti-pinch function must be reset.

ANTI-PINCH RESET INSTRUCTIONS

• Step 1: With the assembly installed and connected to the one-touch switch, pull the window switch briefly so the window moves up slightly to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch in the up position for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly so the window moves down slightly to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch in the down position for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top and check that it no longer drops back down.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until the anti-pinch function is correctly calibrated.
