ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP (IF APPLICABLE)

For window regulator motors equipped with an anti-pinch function, the motor must be set correctly after installation. Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door, or the anti-pinch function may fail and require resetting.

• Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Pull up the switch; the window should travel fully to the top.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, follow the reset steps below.

ANTI-PINCH RESET STEPS

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom position.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch so the window travels fully to the top.

The reset is complete if the window remains at the top. If it moves down again after reaching the top, repeat the above steps until the function is correctly set.
