ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP (WHERE APPLICABLE)

For window regulators or motors with anti-pinch and one-touch function, the motor must be set correctly after installation.

• Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door.
• Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Pull the switch up; the window should travel fully to the top.
• If the window drops slightly after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top and check it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until the anti-pinch function is correctly set.
