ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION RESET (IF APPLICABLE)

For window motors equipped with an anti-pinch or one-touch function, correct setup is essential for proper operation.

• Do not power-test the motor before installation in the door, as the anti-pinch function may require resetting.
• Install the regulator and motor in the door and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Pull up the switch; the window should travel fully to the top. If the glass reaches the top and then drops slightly, a reset is required.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up to the top and confirm it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the above steps until the anti-pinch function is correctly set.
