ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP

This motor may be equipped with an anti-pinch function. Incorrect testing before installation can cause malfunction and require a reset.

• Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door.
• The motors are pre-tested and set before dispatch.
• Install the regulator and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Operate the switch to confirm the window travels fully to the top.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch and allow the window to travel fully to the top.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the above steps until the function is set correctly.
