ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION RESET (WHERE APPLICABLE)

For regulators/motors with anti-pinch and one-touch function, the motor must be set while installed in the door. Do not power-test the motor before installation, as this can cause the anti-pinch function to fail and require resetting.

• Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Operate the switch to raise the window fully and check operation.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, carry out the reset steps below.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top and confirm it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until successful.
