ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP

This motor may be equipped with an anti-pinch (one-touch) function. Do not power-test the motor before it is installed in the door, or the anti-pinch settings may need to be reset.

• Install the regulator and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Pull up the switch; the window should go fully up and stay at the top.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure below.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch again to move the window fully up.

The reset is complete if the window remains at the top. If it still drops, repeat the steps until the function is correctly set.
