ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP

If the vehicle uses an anti-pinch (one-touch) function, the motor may require reset after installation.

• Install the regulator and connect it to the one-touch window switch before testing.
• Pull the switch up so the window travels fully to the top.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, follow the reset steps below.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully to the top and confirm it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset procedure until the anti-pinch function is correctly set.
