ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION RESET (WHERE APPLICABLE)

If the motor is equipped with an anti-pinch function, it may require resetting after installation. Do not test the motor before it is fitted in the door, as this can cause the anti-pinch function to fail.

• Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Operate the switch to raise the window fully and check for correct function.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch again to raise the window fully to the top.

The reset is complete if the window remains at the top. If it drops again, repeat the steps until successful.
