ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP

This regulator motor is designed for use with an anti-pinch one-touch window system.

• Do not power-test the motor before it is installed in the door.
• The motors are pre-tested and set prior to dispatch.
• Install the regulator and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Pull the switch up; the window should travel fully to the top.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, reset of the anti-pinch function is required.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch again to move the glass fully up to the top.

The reset is complete if the window remains at the top. If it drops again, repeat the above steps until successful.
