Anti-Pinch Function Setup

This regulator motor is designed for use with one-touch window switches and may include an anti-pinch safety function. Do not operate or test the motor before it is installed in the door, otherwise the anti-pinch function may need to be reset.

Reset Procedure (Summary)

• Install the regulator and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Raise the window fully. If it drops after reaching the top, a reset is required.
• With the window at the top, pull and hold the switch up for 3–5 seconds.
• Lower the window fully, then press and hold the switch down for 3–5 seconds.
• Raise the window again to confirm the anti-pinch function is correctly set.

Repeat the reset procedure if the window still drops after reaching the top.
