Anti-Pinch Motor Reset Information

This regulator is supplied without a motor. If you are using a window motor with an anti-pinch function, follow the reset procedure below after installation if the window does not operate correctly.

• Install the motor to the regulator and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Operate the switch to raise the window fully. If the window drops after reaching the top, a reset is required.

Reset procedure for anti-pinch function:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top and verify it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until the anti-pinch function is correctly set.
