ANTI-PINCH MOTOR SETUP (IF APPLICABLE)

This regulator is designed to work with electric motors that may include an anti-pinch function. Follow the reset procedure below if the window drops after reaching the top position.

• Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door, or the anti-pinch function may require resetting.
• Install the motor to the regulator and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Operate the window fully up; if it returns or drops after reaching the top, perform the reset steps.

Anti-pinch reset steps:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom position.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up to the top.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the above steps until the function is correctly set.
