ANTI-PINCH MOTOR SETUP (IF APPLICABLE)

If your vehicle uses a window motor with an anti-pinch function, correct setup is required for proper operation.

• Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door, or the anti-pinch function may fail.
• Install the motor onto the regulator and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Pull the switch up; the window should travel fully to the top. If it drops down after reaching the top, perform a reset.

Anti-pinch reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly to move the glass slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top and confirm it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset procedure until successful.
