Anti-Pinch Function Reset (Motor With One-Touch)

If used with a motor that has an anti-pinch or one-touch function, the system may need resetting after installation.

• Install the motor on the regulator and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door.
• If the window drops down after reaching the top, perform the reset steps below.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up again.

The reset is complete if the window stays at the top. If it moves down again, repeat the steps until successful.
