ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP

The motor is equipped with an anti-pinch (one-touch) safety function. Incorrect testing before installation can cause malfunction. Follow these guidelines:

• Do not power-test the motor before it is installed in the door.
• The motors are pre-tested and set correctly prior to dispatch.
• Install the regulator and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Pull the switch up: the window should travel fully to the top.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure below.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up to the top.

The reset is complete if the window remains at the top. If it still drops after reaching the top, repeat the procedure until the function is correctly set.
