ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP

This regulator motor includes an anti-pinch function. Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door, otherwise the anti-pinch calibration may be lost and require resetting.

• Install the regulator and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Pull the switch up: if the window goes fully up and stays at the top, setup is correct.
• If the window drops slightly after reaching the top, follow the reset steps below.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up to the top and verify it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset procedure until the anti-pinch function is correctly calibrated.
