ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION RESET (MOTOR UNITS)

If used with a window motor featuring an anti-pinch function, the motor must be set correctly after installation. Do not operate or test the motor before it is installed in the door, otherwise the anti-pinch function may fail and require reset.

• Install the motor on the regulator and connect to the one-touch window switch.
• Operate the switch to raise the window fully. If the window drops after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure below.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom position.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window to the top and confirm it no longer drops down automatically.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until the function is correctly set.
