ANTI-PINCH MOTOR RESET NOTE

If used with a window motor that has an anti-pinch function, the motor may require resetting after installation.

• Install the motor in the door before testing.
• Connect to the one-touch window switch and check that the glass travels fully up.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, reset the anti-pinch function.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds with the window fully closed.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds with the window fully open.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up again and confirm it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until successful.
