ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP

This window motor is equipped with an anti-pinch safety function. To ensure correct operation, the motor must be installed and initialized in the door before testing.

• Do not test the motor before installation, or the anti-pinch function may fail and require resetting.
• The motors are pre-tested and set correctly prior to dispatch.
• Install the regulator and motor, connect to the one-touch window switch, and operate the switch to raise the window fully.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, follow the reset procedure below.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch in the UP position for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly down to the bottom position.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch in the DOWN position for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Use the one-touch UP function to raise the window fully and confirm it no longer drops after reaching the top.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until the anti-pinch function is correctly initialized.
