ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP

This motor may include an anti-pinch function. Incorrect testing before installation can cause the anti-pinch feature to malfunction and require reset.

• Do not power-test the motor before installing it in the door.
• Motors are pre-tested and set correctly before dispatch.
• Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch, then operate the switch to confirm correct up/down movement.
• If the window drops down after reaching the top, follow the reset procedure below.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass fully to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch in the up position for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the glass fully to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch in the down position for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window back up to the top and confirm it no longer drops down.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until the function is correctly learned.
