ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP

This regulator motor may be equipped with an anti-pinch (one-touch) function. Incorrect testing before installation can cause malfunction. Follow the steps below if a reset is required.

• Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door.
• The motors are pre-tested and set correctly before dispatch.
• Install the motor, connect it to the one-touch window switch and operate the window fully up.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch again to move the window fully up.

The reset is complete if the window no longer drops after reaching the top. If it still drops, repeat the steps.
