ANTI-PINCH MOTOR RESET NOTE

If your vehicle uses a window motor with anti-pinch and one-touch function, the motor must be correctly set after installation. Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door, otherwise the anti-pinch function may fail and require resetting.

• Install the motor on the regulator and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Operate the switch; the window should travel fully upward to the top end.
• If the window drops down after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch in the UP position for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly down to the bottom position.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch in the DOWN position for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up to the top.

The reset is complete if the window remains at the top without dropping. If it still drops, repeat the above steps until successful.
