ANTI-PINCH MOTOR RESET NOTE

This regulator is supplied without a motor. If you are using a motor with an anti-pinch (one-touch) function, the anti-pinch feature may need to be reset after installation.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Install the motor on the regulator and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Pull up the switch to raise the window. If the window drops back down after reaching the top, perform the reset steps below.

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top and confirm it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until the anti-pinch function is correctly set.
