ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP

This motor is compatible with one-touch window switches that use an anti-pinch safety function. The motor must be installed and calibrated correctly for the function to operate.

• Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door, otherwise the anti-pinch function may fail and require resetting.
• The motors are pre-tested and set prior to dispatch.
• After installation, connect the one-touch window switch and pull the switch up to raise the window fully.
• If the window drops down slightly after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure below.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves up slightly to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom position.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window to the top again and check operation.

The reset is complete if the window remains at the top and does not drop back down. If it drops, repeat the procedure until successful.
