ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION RESET

This window motor may use an anti-pinch safety function. If the window drops after reaching the top, reset the motor as follows:

• Install the motor in the door and connect it to the one-touch window switch before testing.
• Pull the switch and confirm the window travels fully to the top.
• If the glass drops after reaching the top, perform the reset steps below.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window up slightly to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up to the top and check that it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset procedure until the function is correctly set.
