ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP

This motor may be used with window regulators that feature an anti-pinch (one-touch) function. The motor must be installed in the door before testing to avoid malfunction of the anti-pinch setting.

RESET INSTRUCTIONS FOR ANTI-PINCH

• Step 1: With the motor installed, pull the window switch briefly to move the glass fully to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the glass fully to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window back up to the top and check operation.

If the window drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until the anti-pinch function operates correctly.
