ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP

If the vehicle is equipped with an anti-pinch one-touch window function, the motor must be set or reset after installation.

• Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door, or the anti-pinch function may fail and require resetting.
• The motors are tested and set before dispatch, but setup may be lost if powered outside the door assembly.
• After installation, connect the motor to the one-touch window switch and raise the window. If it reaches the top and drops slightly, perform a reset.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass fully up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch in the UP position for 3–5 seconds.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the glass fully down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch in the DOWN position for 3–5 seconds.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top and confirm it no longer drops back down.

If the glass still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until the function operates correctly.
