ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION NOTICE

This motor may be used with window regulators that feature an anti-pinch safety function. Correct setup is essential for proper operation.

• Do not test the motor before installing it in the door, or the anti-pinch function may fail and require resetting.
• Motors are tested and pre-set before dispatch.
• After installation, connect to the one-touch window switch and operate the window to full travel to confirm correct function.
• If the window drops down after reaching the top, follow the reset procedure below.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the glass moves slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly so the glass moves slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top and check that it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until the function operates correctly.
