ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION – IMPORTANT NOTE

If used with a window motor that has an anti-pinch function, the system may require a reset after installation. Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door, as this can cause the anti-pinch function to fail and require resetting.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE (GENERAL GUIDE)

• Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Operate the window to the top end position and check if it stays up.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, perform the reset steps below.

Reset steps (typical process):

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window fully to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the window fully to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window back up to the top and confirm it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset procedure until the anti-pinch function is correctly set.
