ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION – IMPORTANT NOTE

If your vehicle uses a window motor with anti-pinch (one-touch) function, the motor may require resetting after installation of the regulator.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: With the regulator and motor installed, pull the window switch briefly to move the glass up slightly to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch in the up position for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch in the down position for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch again to move the window fully up and confirm it no longer drops after reaching the top.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the above steps until the anti-pinch function is correctly set.
