Anti-Pinch Function Reset (Where Applicable)

If the window regulator is used with a motor that has an anti-pinch function, the system may need to be reset after installation.

• Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch before testing.
• If the window goes up fully and then drops down at the top, perform a reset.

Typical reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up and confirm it no longer drops.

Repeat the reset steps if the window still drops after reaching the top.
