ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION NOTE

If used with a window motor that has an anti-pinch (one-touch) function, correct setup is critical. Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door, otherwise the anti-pinch function may fail and require resetting.

ANTI-PINCH RESET INSTRUCTIONS

• Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Operate the switch to raise the window fully and confirm correct operation.
• If the window drops down after reaching the top, perform the following reset steps:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top.

The reset is complete if the window remains at the top. If it drops again, repeat the above steps until successful.
