ANTI-PINCH MOTOR SETUP (IF APPLICABLE)
If your vehicle uses an anti-pinch type electric window motor, follow these guidelines:
- Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door, or the anti-pinch function may fail and require resetting.
- Motors are factory-tested and preset prior to dispatch.
- Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch. Pull up the switch to confirm the window travels fully to the top.
- If the window drops down after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure.
Anti-pinch reset procedure:
- Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly up to the top position.
- Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
- Step 3: Press the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom.
- Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
- Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top.
The reset is complete if the window remains at the top. If it drops again, repeat the steps until successful.

RETURNS & REFUNDS SUMMARY

- Return shipping is normally the customer’s responsibility for change-of-mind, incorrect item ordered and most warranty returns.
