ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP

This window motor includes an anti-pinch function. Do not power-test the motor before it is installed in the door, as this may require a reset.

If the window drops after reaching the top position, reset the anti-pinch function as follows:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up to the top and check that it no longer drops.

Repeat the reset procedure if the window still drops after reaching the top.
