ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP

This regulator motor may include an anti-pinch (one-touch) safety function. The motor must be installed and initialised correctly to operate as intended.

• Do not power-test the motor before it is installed in the door.
• Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Pull the switch up to confirm the window travels fully to the top.
• If the window goes up then drops down at the top, perform the reset procedure below.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds with the window fully closed.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom position.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds with the window fully open.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top.

The reset is complete if the window remains at the top and does not drop. If it drops again, repeat the above steps until successful.
