ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP

This window motor may be equipped with an anti-pinch safety function. Incorrect testing before installation can cause the function to fail and require resetting.

• Do not power up or test the motor before it is fully fitted in the door.
• Motors are pre-tested and pre-set before dispatch.
• Install the motor, connect it to the one-touch switch, and raise the window fully to verify operation.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, follow the reset procedure below.

ANTI-PINCH RESET INSTRUCTIONS

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch in the up position for 3–5 seconds when the window is at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly down to the bottom position.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch in the down position for 3–5 seconds when the window is at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top and confirm it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset procedure until the anti-pinch function is correctly calibrated.
