ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION RESET (WHERE APPLICABLE)

If the window motor is equipped with an anti-pinch function and the window drops after reaching the top position, the system may need to be reset after installation.

• Do not power-test the motor before it is installed in the door.
• Install the motor, connect it to the one-touch window switch and check operation.
• If the window drops after it reaches the top, follow the reset steps below.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass fully to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch in the up position for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the glass fully to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch in the down position for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch again to move the window to the top and confirm it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the above steps until the anti-pinch function is correctly set.
