ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP

If the motor is equipped with an anti-pinch function, it must be correctly set after installation. Do not power the motor before it is installed in the door, as this may cause the anti-pinch function to fail.

• Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Pull the switch up to raise the window. If the window goes up fully and stays at the top, the setup is correct.
• If the window drops down after reaching the top, follow the reset steps below.

ANTI-PINCH RESET STEPS

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch in the up position for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch in the down position for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top and check that it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the above procedure until the anti-pinch function is correctly set.
