ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP (IF APPLICABLE)

If the vehicle uses an anti-pinch (one-touch) window function, the motor may require initialization after installation.

• Install the regulator and motor in the door before testing.
• Connect the one-touch window switch and operate the window fully up.
• If the glass drops after reaching the top, reset the anti-pinch function as follows:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly to move the glass slightly down to the bottom position.
• Step 4: Hold the switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up and confirm that it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the procedure until the anti-pinch function is correctly learned.
