ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP (IF APPLICABLE)

Some electric window motors include an anti-pinch (one-touch) safety function. Incorrect testing before installation can cause the function to fail and require resetting.

RESET INSTRUCTIONS

• Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Pull up the switch to raise the window fully. If the window drops after reaching the top, perform the reset steps below.

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window back up to the top.

The reset is complete if the window no longer drops after reaching the top. If it still drops, repeat the procedure until successful.
