Anti-Pinch Function Setup

This regulator motor is equipped with an anti-pinch function and may require initialization after installation.

• Do not power-test the motor before it is installed in the door.
• Install the regulator and connect to the one-touch window switch.
• Operate the window up; if it goes fully up and stays, setup is correct.
• If the glass drops slightly after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure.

Anti-Pinch Reset Procedure

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window up slightly to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top.

The reset is complete if the window does not drop after reaching the top. If it still drops, repeat the steps until successful.
