ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP

This regulator motor may be equipped with an anti-pinch function and one-touch window operation. Incorrect testing before installation can cause the anti-pinch setting to fail and require resetting.

• Do not power-test the motor before fitting it to the door
• Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch
• Pull the switch up to raise the window and check full travel
• If the window drops down after reaching the top, perform a reset

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up and confirm that it no longer drops back down.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until the function is correctly calibrated.
